Local Data Storage

All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS's UserDefaults system. This locally stored data includes:

• Last selected frequency (15-22 kHz range)
• Preferred operation mode (Continuous, Timer, or Sleep)
• Timer duration preferences
• Volume safety limit settings (50-100%)
• Screen dimming preferences for sleep mode
• Resume after interruption preference
• Frequency step adjustment preference
• Daily play count (for free tier limitation)
• Subscription status (Pro or Free)
• Onboarding completion status

Important: This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is completely removed when you delete the app.

In-App Purchases and Subscription Data

Anti Mosquito Repellent offers optional Pro subscriptions through Apple's App Store:

• All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple
• We never receive or store your payment information
• Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework
• Transaction validation occurs locally on your device
• We do not track purchase history or payment methods
• Subscription management is handled through your iOS Settings

Audio Generation and Permissions

Anti Mosquito Repellent generates ultrasonic frequencies locally:

• The app does NOT record any audio
• The app does NOT access your microphone
• The app does NOT analyze or listen to ambient sounds
• All frequencies are generated algorithmically on-device
• Audio output is one-way only (speaker output)

iOS System Features Used

The app uses the following iOS features for functionality only:

Background Audio Capability

• Purpose: Allows frequency generation to continue when screen is locked
• Data collected: None
• User control: Can be disabled in iOS Settings

Audio Session Management

• Purpose: Manages audio playback and interruptions
• Data collected: None
• User control: Controlled via in-app power button

Haptic Feedback

• Purpose: Provides tactile feedback for user interactions
• Data collected: None
• User control: Follows system haptic settings

Third-Party Services

Anti Mosquito Repellent does not integrate with any third-party services, including:

• No analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• No crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Bugsnag, etc.)
• No advertising networks
• No social media SDKs
• No cloud storage services
• No external APIs or web services

Network Usage

Anti Mosquito Repellent functions completely offline. The app:

• Does not require internet connectivity
• Does not make any network requests
• Does not communicate with any servers
• Works in Airplane Mode

Note: iOS may connect to Apple's servers for App Store receipt validation when verifying Pro subscription status, but this is handled entirely by the operating system.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since we don't collect any data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. To remove all locally stored preferences:

1. Delete the app from your device
2. All local data is immediately and permanently removed
3. No residual data remains on your device or any server

Children's Privacy

Anti Mosquito Repellent is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Since we don't collect any personal information:

• The app is COPPA compliant
• No parental consent is required
• No age verification is needed
• Children's data is equally protected (by not being collected)

Data Security

Your privacy is secured through our zero-data architecture:

• No data collection = no data breaches possible
• No servers = no hacking targets
• No accounts = no credentials to compromise
• Local-only operation within iOS's secure sandbox
• No network communication to intercept

International Users
