The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged during this period. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings > Subscriptions. If you don't cancel, the subscription will automatically start at $4.99/week after the trial ends.

To cancel: Go to iPhone Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Prompter > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Both plans offer unlimited access to all features. The annual plan ($39.99/year) saves you 85% compared to the weekly plan ($4.99/week). The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial, while the annual plan is charged immediately.

Free users get GPT and Universal models. Pro users get access to all 14+ models including: GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Grok, DeepSeek, Perplexity, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and more.

Open Prompter > Settings > Restore Purchase. This will restore your subscription if you've reinstalled the app or switched devices using the same Apple ID.

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase. Select the purchase and choose "I'd like to request a refund".

Yes! All your prompts are stored locally on your device. We don't collect or have access to your prompt content. We only process anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your saved prompts remain on your device. Free users can keep up to 10 prompts and generate 3 new ones per week. You can export your prompts before downgrading.
